I purchased this camera for a once in a lifetime trip. The plan is to swim with whales, and the underwater pictures of the beautiful mammals will be captured with this camera. I read many reviews and this model was highly recommended.

I’m very happy with this camera. As a beginner it’s a very affordable and comes with just about everything you need to get up and running fast. The camera is durable and easy to use. I’m really happy with the quality of the video footage I’ve taken so far. For the quality and price this one’s a no-brainer.

For the price, I must say the size and quality of this camera is very good. I use it for recreational activities and comes in handy. I've been using a Canon camera for video, which can get heavy, so having this little camera, which also works underwater, is a must for those beginning with video.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I have another Akasa camera (Brave 7), so when I saw this, I had to order it. These are great cameras for much cheaper than the GoPros. The video quality is superb. Audio is better than I was expecting based on the reviews...perfectly adequate IMHO.? Compared to my other camera, this cheaper model requires a little compromise, but it makes up for it in other ways. For example, it does not have an IPX waterproof rating for use without the case, but the waterproof case allows it to go even deeper. It has a mono-mic, which can be hindered when in the waterproof housing. Image stabilization is good, although not top of the line. I like that it includes a ton of attachment options and a good sized case for everything.

Fantastic photos from our last dive with this. 65 feet, no issues. I do wish they included a waterproof remote though, so underwater diving photos would be easier to take. But this is solid!
