Battery life and charging time?
Why does the battery or camera overheat?
Cameras and other electronic products may generate a certain amount of heat in operation, which is a normal phenomenon, the specific cooling effect will be affected by the use of the environment.
Tips: It is recommended that you shoot in windy environments or sports scenes, and appropriately reduce the shooting parameters (such as reducing the resolution and frame rate) to help the equipment dissipate heat more effectively.
Why does the battery drain quickly?
Battery drain may increase under the following conditions:
- Recording in high resolution or high frame rate
- Wi-Fi, or other power-intensive features enabled
- Low-temperature environments
- Battery aging after extended charge cycles

How to maintain the battery?
- If the battery will not be used for more than 10 days, please discharge the battery to 40% to 65% before storage.
- Charge and discharge the battery approximately every 3 months to maintain battery activity, which can extend the battery’s lifetime. If the battery is stored after completely drained, it may over-discharge and be damaged.
- Always store batteries in a well-ventilated and dry place.
