I Bought the BRave 8 Lite for a trip in the Philliphines! Since then they have improve a lot the App and the Camera Firmware!

I recieved a new metal case for my Brave 8 today, which were bought out in conjunction with the new Brave 8 Lite.First impressions are good, as it's built solid and without any clips or hinges which have caused issues to users in the past. The rear of the case fits snuggly, and simply slides off with a small spring loaded metal ball that holds it in place. I like how I can access the sd card compartment and socket on my camera without having to remove it from its case now.The metal mount on the bottom is attached with 2 stainless steel cap screws and can be relocated onto the side. Spare screws and a hexagonal key were also supplied. It also has 2 mounting posts for external lighting which I think is a nice touch, without having to use cumbersome frames. Nice work from the AKASO design team ? ?

Great camera for underwater fun, will enjoy it for the whole summer.

My last action cam was a GoPro Hero 4. My friend has the 12. This new little Akaso cam is quite amazing. I really can't tell any difference with this and my friend's. ...and neither could he :) It come with just about every connector you will need. I haven't had it long enough to see how strong they are. Really cool cam.

This camera is so small but packs a big punch. Full of accessories to securely attach to almost anything and the clarity of the pictures once connected to your device is impressive for the price. Seems pretty durable I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far I’m impressed and it functions as described.
